Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Cats Sleep Anywhere is the title of a charming poem from Elenaor Farjeon, which make me smile each time I read it, because just now when I am writing this, my cat Riscas is sleeping on my lap peacefully. On my painting a light blue angel cat with transparent wings sleeping on a colorful rainbow, somewhere in-between earth and sky. She is peaceful and indifferent from the happenings such as changing colors and growing wings. Just got a new outfit for harmonizing with the environment, with the lightweight clouds and the rays which show the way up. My idea with this painting was to create a memoir for those beloved cats, who needed to put down for a reason. I wanted to create a painting which show the lovely cat peacefully sleeping through the way through the rainbow bridge into heaven. And I am sure when he wakes up, he will use his newly gained wings to try out for new fun. I wish to comfort with this cat art those owners...
